This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version shall prevail.

1. Who we are
This website www.cibergt.com and its extensions (the “Website”) is owned and operated by CIBER S.r.l. (incorporated in Italy, Companies Register number MI 1922182) (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Purpose of this policy
This privacy policy describes the information we collect about you when you visit our Website or when you provide us with information. It also describes how you can exercise “Your rights” (including the right to object to some of the processing we carry out). More information about your rights and how to exercise them is set out in the “Your rights” section below.

3. What personal data do we collect?
3.1 Website traffic data and information about your computer
– How do we use this data?
When you browse our Website, we use cookies to collect information about how our Website is used – standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We use this information to record the number of visitors and how they use the different sections, features and useful links of the Website, but we do not use it to identify you personally. We use a third party, Google Analytics, to collect this information, processing it only in ways that do not allow users to be identified. We do not try to find out, and we do not allow Google to find out, the identities of the people visiting our website.
– How long do we keep this information?
We will keep information about visits to our Website only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. As a rule, we delete users’ browsing information every year.
– Who do we share this information with?
We share information about visitors to our Website with service providers who help us administer and manage the Website.
– Where do we transfer this information?
The information we collect about your use of our Website is stored within, and not transferred outside, the European Economic Area.
3.2 Information you send us
– How do we use this data?
You do not have to provide us with any information directly when you use our Website. If you choose to use the “contact us” form or otherwise get in touch with us, we will use the information you send us to answer your enquiries. Where we use your personal data for this purpose, we do so in our legitimate business interest in communicating with you in line with your wishes and expectations. We will also use this data in our legitimate interest in obtaining appropriate professional advice and ensuring compliance with the legal obligations our company is subject to.
– How long do we keep this information?
We will keep your information only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiries. Records of ordinary enquiries are normally kept for 6 months but, in some cases (for example where the enquiry relates to a contract between us, or where we need legal advice to respond to a complaint), we may need to keep records of our communications for up to 10 years.
– Who do we share this information with?
We will share your data with our service providers and professional advisers where necessary to handle an enquiry or a complaint. Otherwise, we will not share your information with third parties unless:
– you authorise us to do so;
– we are required to do so by law;
– it is necessary to enforce our terms of use, our legal or property rights, or the legal or property rights of third parties; or
– it is necessary for the sale of our business or its assets (in which case your data will be disclosed to our advisers and to the advisers of potential buyers, and passed on to the new owners).
– Where do we transfer this information?
The information you send us through our Website is stored within, and not transferred outside, the European Economic Area.
3.3 Recruitment
– How do we use this data?
We use the information provided with your application to consider your application, assess your suitability and carry out eligibility checks. We use your data in our legitimate interest in managing recruitment activities and in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. If a position that is, or may be, of interest to you requires background checks, we will let you know. In addition, where necessary, we will use this data in our legitimate interest in obtaining professional advice and ensuring compliance with the legal obligations our company is subject to. When you apply for a position with us or provide information in support of your application, we will tell you whether the information we request is essential to proceed with your application or optional. Except for the personal data we collect and use in order to enter into a contract with you, you may object at any time to our use of the data you have provided.
– How long do we keep this information?
As a rule, we keep information provided by prospective candidates for a maximum of 12 months after a recruitment decision has been made. If your application is unsuccessful, we may decide to keep your data for longer where we believe you may be suitable for another position that may arise in the future within the ABF group, but only where we receive your consent to do so. If your application is successful, the information will be used to administer your future employment and will be kept and used in accordance with our employee privacy policy (a copy of which will be provided to you when you start your employment).
– Who do we share this information with?
Where necessary to manage the recruitment process, we will share your information with our service providers and professional advisers (e.g. recruitment agencies, providers carrying out background checks on our behalf and, where applicable to the role you are applying for, providers carrying out online checks for us). We will also contact the third parties whose details you have provided in order to verify the information you have given us about previous employment and qualifications. Otherwise, we will not share your information with third parties unless:
– you authorise us to do so (for example to share your data with another group company for its own recruitment purposes);
– we are required to do so by law;
The information you send us with your job application is stored within, and not transferred outside, the European Economic Area.

4. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to provide you with a copy of your personal data. For personal data we hold in order to enter into a contract between us or on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to ask us for a copy of that information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, so that you can reuse it or share it with other organisations. If you believe that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct or complete it. In some cases, you will also have the right to object to the processing of your data and to ask us to restrict its use and erase it. There are, however, exceptions to these rights. For example, we cannot erase your data if the law requires us to keep it or if we hold it in connection with a contract with you. Similarly, access to your data may be refused if disclosing it would reveal personal data about another person or if we are prohibited by law from disclosing it. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at the following e-mail address: info@cibergt.com

5. Contact details and right to complain
Questions, comments or requests regarding this privacy policy are welcome and should be addressed to Matteo Lagostina at info@cibergt.com. If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
